German Chef joins the ranks of the Gambero Rosso.
After many years working here in Italy German chef Uli Klaus recently received recognition of his talents. Klaus, whose restaurant Il Bocconcino near Verona was reviewed here at Unonotizie last year, is now to be found among the ranks of great chefs in the Gambero Rosso Restaurant Guide 2010. Il Bocconcino received one fork from the Gambero Rosso and a very complimentary write-up. Worth noting is that the restaurant, unlike many others with the same rating has a low price to quality ratio in the guide. In other words it’s definitely worth a visit!
